Beware. They placed a new boat hoist for us. Seemed professional and knowledgeable. We have had several issues with exposed metal joints that required fabrication covering. Some actually left holes in the boat. They sent me an estimate to pay before coming out. Wanted me to pay for the poor workmanship. I asked them to take care of it. After several months of multiple calls that they did not return and left me with the problem. I am now in litigation against them. Terrible customer service.

KBE hoist was recommended from a neighbor. I called in the middle of summer to schedule a visit to assess our hoist that was no longer working. The representative on the phone was very workable and was able to find me an appointment soon after my call. Two employees from KBE hoist, arrived and begin their assessment. Had a cable break on our boat hoist and KBE came right out to repair. Professional, timely, reliable, and cost was reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.
