Had a cable break on our boat hoist and KBE came right out to repair. Professional, timely, reliable, and cost was reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.
It took several calls to have someone come out to price out a boat lift. Finally someone came out and took a look but never gave me a price. I have called multiple times and left messages but no one will call back. I'm surprised they are are in business with such horrible customer service. I will take my business somewhere else. Don't waist your time with this company.
