The stylist literally didn't care about the health of my hair. I came for a treatment and blow dry and she didn't even part my hair when detangling causing my hair to be ripped out some more. Even though I got a trim my ends are at a worse place then when they were before. She also didn't blow dry my hair, talking about,"that's a extra service". What did I just book and pay for then?

Dr Jae was amazing! I had a hair appointment elsewhere and they cancelled on me last minute. Sp booked with Kbb Salon and got Dr. Jae to cut my pixie and get me together!! She was personable, professional, and had a great vibe. I'll be back to see Dr. Jae for my hair needs!

This was my first time getting my hair done from this salon and I was NOT disappointed! The environment is so relaxing and the hair wash felt very good. I booked a Glow & Go with an additional clip-in install with Jae and she did an amazing job. If you book with her you are definitely going to feel beautiful afterwards! I am surely going to book again. :)

I really enjoying my visits at KBB salon. The atmosphere is very welcoming and fun! Jae is professional and really takes care of my hair and scalp. My hair continues to grow and is so much healthier. Thank you!

I just had an amazing experience with Dr. Jae! ‍♀️ She is phenomenal — so patient, attentive, and truly listens to what you want. From the haircut to the shampoo and the head massage, everything was perfect. It’s easy to see why they call her Dr. Jae — she is a true expert! I’m so glad I found her and can’t wait for my next appointment.
