We have always loved K&B for their commitment to customers and community, but the challenge of the COVID-19 crisis has really highlighted how wonderful they are. They have adjusted their operations to be safe for their customers and staff and are able to answer questions on everything from the best cleaning products for the current crisis to the best tools for fixing nail pops. Staff is great! Selection is eclectic with many things you would not expect to find in a "hardware" store. Pretty much everything Home Depot or Lowes offers other than lumber. If you are working around the house and need a thing--chances are K&B has it for you. They are doing as much as they can during the COVID thing, and I am glad they can remain open...but I do miss browsing. It is a good browsing store!
The staff at K&B True Value are extremely helpful, polite and timely. The store is always extremely neat & clean and well stocked.
Great selections beyond the normal hardware store, including nautical entertainment items. But perhaps most importantly, a "true" community partner.
Great store, staff and non toxic, local products. Love "The Naked Bee" lotion and soap!
Just wanted to give a shoutout to all the great employees who work here, especially Josh who just delivered salt to my home AND discovered the mystery of where the water in my basement was coming from AND help temporarily fix it until we can get into the shop to buy the items needed to fix. Thank you guys so much! Keep up the great work.
