Kevin was absolutely great to work with was extremely respectful not only in his personality but of surrounding area around the tree. was there when he said he would be, worked safe, and quick, had to come back to finish removing the bottom of the tree but due to rain can’t get equipment in to finish clean up but have absolutely zero concern, he’s most definitely is a man of his word and I would trust him to do the work even if we were not home! KB Tree Experts LLC, They do nice quality work. Customer service is a solid 7 out of 10, Could work on communicating with and assuring costumers the job will be completed in a quick and timely mannor. Always be aware the presence of home owner.. The Climber/Crew leader/Boss looked very skilled at his job and ajusted well to the task at hand when he was up in the tree, They are very safe and efficient throughout all stages of the job, Weather it be just a Trim job, Full Removal, Stump Grinding, Ground clean up, Yard repairs o... read more

Can not rate KB Tree Experts on the work they do, since they never showed up to do the job, but can rate them on customer service and communication. We were given a date for the stump grinding we wanted. Received a text saying a part needed replaced on his equipment and a different date was given that the job would be done. That day came and went and no KB Tree showed up. We texted and called inquiring when he could come for this job and he never responded. Guess he doesn't need the work?? A good honest hard working young man. I'm a hazard tree climber and business owner in NC and this young man has a standing job offer from me and my company any time he wants to head south. Take it from another arborist if I was in MI he's the man I'd call for my tree work.

I had two trees taken down, a 50' blue spruce and a 20' fern. They did an excellent job taking the trees down, however, there was miscommunication with the price. Wanted to charge extra to remove stumps after I was told the price included trees and stump removal. They have not contacted me about removing stumps, guess they dont need the money. I was disappointed in the professionalism. Swearing in front of my three year old and wife multiple times while communicating with me. I will not recommend.
