brought two vehicles to them and neither one of them was fixed properly and overcharged me and my breaks went out on me the day I got it out of shop almost causing me to have a wreck. I will not be taking my business back to them.
I was an ASE Master Technician for several years before changing professions so I`m very picky about who works on my vehicles.....KB Tire & Auto is the only place I trust.
took a vehicle there to get fixed at 8am. they found the problems and got the parts by 11am. they called and said they would have it done by the end of the day. at 4pm called to check on the status and was told the hadn't even started on it. so do yourself a favor and avoid this place if at all possible.
Had multiple repairs done on my vehicle at KB Tire. Great problem solvers excellent customer service, well worth the money. Thanks!
Awesome people! Called and told them that we were 2 women traveling alone from out of state pulling a camper with my truck and after getting the camper unhooked I heard terrible noise coming from the rear of my truck. They got me in the next morning at 8 am. Front and back brakes and rotors were shot! They repaired them and got us back on our way a few hours later! So much thanks to all involved!

guarantee what they sell. workmanship. I had my brakes done turned my rotors not to long ago. found out my front end was shaking because of the rotors they turned. didnt do it before. instead of looking at it I was put off to another day. finally got tired of waiting for them to see if it was there fault. took it to another mechanic he said there were lips on the rotors causing uneven pad wear. the rotors on that car are flat. so I had new rotors put on front and pads as well. at the new mechanic. same day in 45 min. today. ... read more
