Lived here 4 years and have only had 2 issues. Both times, the landlord has ignored my emails, calls, and texts. It’s been three weeks of constant texts and calls but still no response from him. Don’t waste your money on this tiny shoebox of a place. The living room barely fits a couch. You can rent the brand new Greystone townhomes behind them that were built last year for the SAME EXACT PRICE.
Moved out a couple months ago after living in one of their townhomes for over 3 years. If contacted, they responded pretty fast for any maintenance requests and the provided lawn care was exceptional. It was a blessing to find this place when we did. Though their rates went up just a tad around the time we moved, it's still great pricing for the area. Highly recommend.
