This place used to be amazing but now is unfortunately a joke! I have had nothing but horrible problems with their online scheduling system. I get confirmations on my phone and then I even check into their system upon arrival and it still doesn’t show up, or they tell me I still have to wait like over an hour! Then why did I make an appointment? To be honest the quality of treatments has declined steadily and their level of service is nothing compared to what is used to be. I won’t be returning.

I love this salon. It's very clean and professional. Everyone is accommodating but Nini is my favorite.

Horrible, I called and asked if they could do pink and white fill and a pedicure for my husbandshe said yes come We got there they didn’t greet anybody. We sat there for 20 minutes. Finally someone came up and said oh y’all are the ones that called earlier. I said yes ma’am she set my husband in a pedicure chair for 30 minutes. Nobody talk to him. Got my first pedicure here and it did not disappoint! The place was really clean and the staff was so friendly. I smudged my polish on the way out (completely my fault), and Mala absolutely insisted I sit down so she could fix it even though it was past closing. I really appreciated the gesture and would 100% go back, especially after the extra care they gave me! Mala did a beautiful job.

Jackie is Amazing.. and look forward to every visit with her... its hard to tell u all how great she is because I dont want her to be so over booked that then I have a hard time getting in. Everytime I walk out.. I am in Love with how my nails look ! Thanks Jackie 🩷
