The KN homes management is horrible! There are NO drive ways and the only issues with the lack of quality with these homes. An average home is built in 80 days. When you do have an issue the KB contractors deny the issues until it is escalated to there dysfunctional upper management.5 homes we have had 3rd party inspectors looking at have MAJOR issue. This is going to be a blessed and Great Community to live in. One year update. I truly love my home an the kB community i live in. Yes the backyards are small and the driving are shared. I knew that before i bought this amazing home i live in!!! That doesn't take way from this wonderful community i live in. I have the best neighbors in the world.Truly a amazing year one.
