I can’t begin to stress enough how disappointed I am in KB, let alone how regretful I am that I entrusted purchasing our first home with this builder. From doors that aren’t plum, to crooked walls and holes in the exterior, we’ve yet to have the dozens of build quality issues resolved since our purchase back in 2023. Over-and-over, we’ve been tossed aside, our concerns not addressed, and the outstanding issues continuing to degrade. Horrible builders and construction. We purchased a house in a KB neighborhood in Oakley just 3 years ago. We were guaranteed a 1 year warranty on anything they messed up on. We are now three years out with a list of open claims from the original year. We’ve been chasing the warranty supervisors for the last 3 years and they keep putting off the work and dodging any calls with the hopes we go away.
