We recently visited Vesper, a new house community in Valencia, California. We were very impressed with the beautiful designs and furnishings of the homes. The infrastructure of the community also seemed to be very well thought out, with plenty of amenities and green space. The sales counselors were polite, respectful, and very helpful. However, the HOA fees were very high, over $550 per month. This was a major factor in our decision to go with another community nearby.
