MOVE IN READY!! KB does have its issues but all of ours were taken care of by the warranty department. We have been here for two years. The neighbors are amazing!! Lots of fun groups and activities! Love our house and the huge outdoor screened in living area, but our jobs are being relocated to another state so we have to move. We are a homeowner in Verona. Our experience has been frustrating to say the least. From many, many construction delays, to fighting with warranty on what should have been fixed during construction, to being lied to about the amenity center, to the strict HOA violations…the list goes on. I will say if you don’t give up warranty might fix your problems after pestering them for 11 months which is why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1.
