We purchased a home and had it built by KB in the sunset grove south subdivision. Everyone was phenomenal from start to finish. Cole our salesperson was fantastic. Walking up, this home seemed smaller than it actually is. Inside the world seems to open up. The way they utilized the space was remarkable. The sitting area I front of the second room was brilliant. Back yard was spacious and the way they modeled the home was breathtaking. If youre looking to buy a home in the area, check this model out. The neighborhood was really nice as well. Very family friendly.

Went to tour the houses. Mr Alberto was really friendly and helpful. Spent extra time explaining the options and making things clear. Now I hope I can make up mind and move here quickly as they don't have many slots remaining. Just praying. Update: got keys Feb 22. Been 7 months living here. Very nice and quiet. They started new phase. Community will get bigger. Only thing i wish is that they make a pond. Update. After close to 2 yrs, we had minor issues but KB homes took care of it. Really happy with our house and KB Homes.
