There has been some Crime in the subdivision,LaMarque is not a safe area. Sunset Grove made the 6 OClock TV News when something horrible happened there with 20 Police Cars. It's dark at night surrounded by woods and old abandoned farmhouses.
Went to tour the houses. Mr Alberto was really friendly and helpful. Spent extra time explaining the options and making things clear. Now I hope I can make up mind and move here quickly as they don't have many slots remaining. Just praying. Update: got keys Feb 22🎉🎉. Been 7 months living here. Very nice and quiet. They started new phase. Community will get bigger. Only thing i wish is that they make a pond.
Beware!!!! Do not buy a kb home! It has been a disaster since day one. We have only owned our home 1 year 7 months and the exterior paint has been peeling off since before we moved in, the flooring is coming up, and now we have black mold growing in our walls due to a condensation issue. Kb has made it very clear it will not fix the problems even though they have been an issue since day one. HONEST REVIEW FROM SOMEONE WHO PURCHASED A HOUSE FROM KB HOMES: STAY AWAY! FIND ANYONE ELSE. God, purchasing a home from those crooks has got to be the worst mistake of my life. Within a month that you start living in the house, things will start falling apart and these people will tell you that it's not on them to fix it after you freaking payed so much for the house.
