Nice place to live kind of quiet, near everything and not to many homes. Downside is... lots of people walk on the street instead of sidewalk. Very narrow road and people park on side so its hard to get out of your home sometimes. And its a SAFETY HAZARD! Ambulance came to a home along with a fire truck and could barely fit. Cars zoom through the neighborhood like kids dont live there. HOA is clueless as there is an airbnb home (not supposed to have that). And I am sure there is a college home with like tons of people living... read more
