The pictures are so badly photoshopped, unbelievable. Technically they should be reported to the BBB, FTC, and CalBRE for this alone. Repeated code, traffic, and nuisance violations. Contractors trashing and damaging the area immediately surrounding during construction. Do not move in, pay, or sign anything without an inspection by a professional.
