Unfortunately, my Buyers just signed a contract with them even though there has been lies upon lies or MISQUOTES/ WRONG Estimates. The back and forth and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Management is not of any help just covering for anything for their agents. I will make sure and guide any future interest AWAY from KB Homes! There are many other Builders to choose from and are a pleasure to work with!
Home purchased in 2009 and our problems began in 2012! The warranty is crap and they refuse to fix anything, forcing you to hire attorneys, tie you up in litigation, all the while your home crumbles. We are still well in our warranty and I am still waiting. I have a medically fragile child and 3 other children in the home that can't sleep in there bedrooms.
