If I could give zero stars I would. If you looking on the market for a new build home RUN from these people. They will tell you that your home will be completed by closing, which is a total lie. We purchased a KB Home in late 2023, and the siding has already cracked and come loose. That’s not normal wear and tear, that’s poor installation or defective materials that never should have been used in the first place. Siding simply doesn’t fail like that on a nearly new home. When I reached out to KB Home, I was immediately told by customer service that the issue was outside of their warranty window… by about five months.
