Moved into a finished home. My ceiling leaked during our first rain storm and then again after I was assured it was fixed. A couple months later my plumbing was messed up, I had to have someone come dig a 10 ft hole in my yard to clear the massive rocks clogging my main line ( this took several days of not being about to use my toilets).
