Garages are too small, don’t really even have side space. The HOA fees are too high for what you get and that’s really nothing. Sales team is fine to work with but really they don’t really work with you on coming to an agreement that benefits both parties. What ever the deal of the week/month is that is what you get. They don’t even check with their manger, it’s just “take it or leave it.”
Lovely neighborhood! My experience with KB has been great so far.
