Nice community over by the Mountain's Edge area of Las Vegas. Single and 2-story homes offered. Had viewed this area to live in, but based on our timeline, chose the KB Homes Durham Ranch community to purchase. Love the layout of the 1849 model and lot sizes offered.
Warranty department never responded to fix problems and kb did a poor job on gas pipe installation. I had to call gas company to fix it.
