Horrible quality homes.
No one showed up to work today. Place was locked up.
If you want substandard materials/poor workmanship used to your home go ahead. Been living here for FEW MONTHS and caulkings has fallen off and they will say it’s not covered by warranty and it’s part of maintenance. Fyi, this is a brand new home. Exhaust fan replaced multiple times. Toilet seat discolored. Washer purchased from them acting up at times. Door knob. Waiting for other stuff to fail.
Laura was amazing in answering all of our questions we had today, the houses were great to see and the floor plans were awesome.
