Warranty Denied for Construction Defect on 1-Year-Old Home I am extremely disappointed with the warranty service and build quality of my new home. Less than a year after closing, the shower bench began leaking into the structure of the house. Simply amazing location, beautiful homes newest place to live
The homes were nice and seemed affordable but the sales lady in the office wasn't interested in helping my family much. She was very disengaged in conversation and was not a good representation of the builder. My family visited other communities all week and this site had the worst customer service.
