After renting a brand new KB home I’m completely turned off of ever buying a KB home especially in Inspirada. My impression, overpriced cookie cutter homes built with cheap labor like many of the homes you see in Henderson and Las Vegas. I’ve never seen so many outdated ugly homes filled with so much tile flooring and funky carpet, but that’s another subject.
