The house was not built on time kept being put off. Was paying fees for a pool that was not up for a very loooonnnnnggggggggg time. Have been having a lot of issues with the house. Including the warrantie department not doing anything when I’ve called recently. Doors are not closing. Or lined up properly. I do not recommend this builder nor these houses. The HOA is terrible!!!!! Do not ever by a house from these people. Was told a dream and they sold me a headache. Terrible terrible company!!!!!!!!!!
