We've been looking for a home for a while and we haven't found the design and exact spot where our house should be until lately. Michelle was very helpful and also patient with all of our questions. I love how all the staff treat us (from the lending dept and design studio)
KB provided a very smooth process for beautiful homes.
Very disappointed with KB princeton. Called them to let them know that I will be there to look at the model homes around 5.45pm and they confirmed that they will have sale rep available. When I reached there no one was there and the models are all locked down. I drove 45 miles just to get disappointed. I was ready to sign a contract and wanted my wife to see the elevation and plan of the model homes before I sign. But this was disappointing, very bad service.
Michelle Marshall from Sales was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She walked us through the process and meticulously answered all pre-sales questions and helped resolve issues. The loan team in particular Todd Wiley also was great. He quickly updated/responded to all of our Loan concerns. Thanks to Dan Miles, the building manager, who was very detail-oriented throughout the building process as well. We loved the weekly conference call to update the house building progress. I went with my parents to tour some model homes in Princeton and had a great experience with Amanda. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. When we followed up with multiple questions later, she responded quickly and was eager to help until we were completely comfortable and informed. Highly recommend working with her!
