DO NOT BUY KB HOME!!! If I could give zero stars I would. My clients just closed on a home in PALM COURT by KB Homes and it has been a complete nightmare. Trash is overflowing throughout the neighborhood and no one is taking responsibility. The builder refuses to help, the HOA does nothing, and the trash company won’t pick up anything unless it’s in the bin. The power and water have been shut off multiple times with no warning.
