Nice smaller neighborhood no amenities
Construction people at Montalado are horrible and sloppy. They dont do a good job. When I did the first walkthrough my house is so trash, they leave beer can, soda ,water bottle all over the place and there left over food. Also when Amber keep sending a update every week for my house I ask her why my garage foundation is crushed and she told me that happen to be collaps.
