I recently had an unfortunate experience with Delores, an agent representing KB Homes, during what was supposed to be a house tour. From the beginning, communication was severely lacking. This is the type of craftsmanship you get when you purchase a KB HOME. This is a brand new home. I urge you not to go with this builder. This is only some of the problems. The floors are creaking, door jamming, cracks in doors, ceiling drooping, lights flickering amongst other things the aesthetics are poor on the inside and out they basically throw these homes together. And KB dont come to my post trying to rebuttle your homes are garbage.
