Ivan took care of my family. What a wonderful experience! Honest, helpful and very informed about the homes up for sale, building codes and just about anything else you can think to ask! Very different from other builders, no pressure at all, good quality and craftsmanship. Definitely a good priced, for what you are getting! The work that has been completed thus far has been way above anything I have seen by other builders. Our son ended up purchasing a home here and I believe he will be very happy.
