I pre purchased this new build home in Elk Grove 2024. Honestly it is bad quality home. I talked to my neighbors and they said the same. Here is my suggestion to all buyers. Do Not pre order to build because it will turn out bad quality. Only check the house already open to show . Check water pressure for sinks and showers . Check bathroom quality .
