Eddie is a great sales person and the overall experience was excellent. The people that give negative reviews are just angry because they didn't get one...haha! I will sell you mine for $1.2M
Houses are great. Highly interested to buy. What I would say led to a negative review, however, was the salesperson. Very rude. Misled me on one of the home’s locations. Gave me a dead fish handshake and never once looked me in the eye, just kept giving me confusing vague instructions about signing a check for 15k to be put on the waitlist? I’m honestly shocked that in the highly competitive world of real estate this was the sales representative. Not a very good impression.
Great experience here. Everyone is accomdating and actually takes care of things that need to be done.
