Good Design Center, but Field Execution and Oversight Fall Short Our KB Home Studio consultation was smooth, and the design staff were professional and helpful. Several aspects of the build turned out well: kitchen cabinetry, granite/quartz countertops, and the alternate kitchen layout are well thought out and neatly installed. I've never written a negative review before, but I felt I had to share my experience with kb design to help others avoid the problems I faced. *Be careful because you might not get what you signed up for.* I paid extra to have full brick coverage on the left, right, and back sides of my home. My quotation clearly stated, “Brick Front with 1st Floor Sides to 4 Sides Brick Group 1.” However, I later discovered that they do not plan to use brick for the back side above the kitchen window.
