Waiting for this to fold. Floods like no other
Horrible place, typical horrible developer, it's already flooding just wait until they start putting roads and homes on it .... Broken retention ponds, flooding and destroyed the roads and neighbors. Will only get worse. Traffic is horrible and they wont make more roads. Do your research! Waiting for sink holes to open up soon because of the springs they have broken open that are billowing up all over their property River Run is the same. KB and Lennar are building all these places in swamps. Good luck to everyone.
