Luego de llenar el contrato y que me dijeran que terminan en 6 meses la construcción aun no han terminado y no me quieren decir cuando es la fecha de cierre ☹️ La comunidad es muy linda pero el servicio es muy malo.

This community was a beautiful place in a great location north part of Lakeland Florida. Great access to the mall, restaurants, and the city center. Ken from KB Homes provided the best home buying experience. Knowing I was a first time home buyer he explained the quality of the homes in detail (windows, doors, walls, lightning, finishings, etc.) and the process they go through. He also took us to tour several models in the community. All I can say is that they were great to work with.
