I had a horrific experience with KB homes. I do not recommend anyone to buy anything from these scammers AKA KB homes as I'm still traumatized. I applied with their lender and I put a deposit to start the building process. FYI, they will show you a decent looking model but once you put in a deposit and you start the studio process of choosing designs, they have nothing that looks like the model.
