I wish I could give them zero stars. Do not buy a house with KB. They are only going to waste your time. I've wasted 7 months working with them and still wasting time waiting to get my earnest money back. They took almost 4 months to let us know we were not approved while we're designing our home. Why did they let us design our home if we weren't fully approved. Also they have POOR COMMUNICATION.
