This has to be one of the greatest locations I have ever lived. The houses are very well built and very energy efficient, close to beach, shopping and surrounding cities like Daytona, Palm Coast etc. the park next door is awesome. KB has been very responsive with any minor issues that pop up. Very happy here.
I can't figure out why KB doesn't offer an epoxy coated air conditioner/heat pump compressor, since it is outside and less than a mile from the saltwater Intracoastal. All HVAC companies recommend an epoxy coated compressor if you are within 10 miles of saltwater. I wouldn't mind paying an upcharge for this item.
Not sure about this new subdivision going up we did tour two model homes and there was a nice person assisting us however it doesn't appear it was for us the patio on eyes are really small not screened in but appears to be reasonably priced
