We couldn't be happier with our new home and the buying experience with Brian! The team was professional, knowledgeable about the product, and answered all our questions. It was so fun picking out finishes at the design center. Beach Park is a nice little spot just 1.5 miles from the beach, and we can't wait to get our keys.

Developments like these are actively destroying our communities and our environment. It's time we recognize this, and the design this community has is awful. It promotes clear cutting, terraforming (which leads to flooding), and increased infrastructure for our local government to handle a few a years down the road, including over packing our roads with more people. We are seeing land destroyed and carbon-copy houses placed all over it. The prices continue to skyrocket, and a development such as this only furthers those issu... read more
