I've bought a house here. Would I be biased when I say KB not only lives upto, but surpasses it's commitments. I am so satisfied with my purchase
This personnel was great and friendly. But I was reminded that I own a KB home. And it has been nothing but nightmare for the last 22+ years. Poor workmanship No fireplace flues cause roof leaks damage to roof framing. Foundation not sealed on the houses bugs been crawling in upstairs and downstairs all seasons long for the last 20+ years, garage concrete floors cracked, Floors have been popping and cracking because they didn't use the proper joist dampering seal that they should have put on, primary bedroom wall have been c... read more
