One of the worst services I've had, ever. They couldn't unclog my main drain line and charged me $300 to leave me with the same problem. They were pushing for me to go from a few hundred to $2,000. Their timing was horrible as they said they would be arriving between 8am and 5pm... in other words, they would arrive when they felt like it SMH I have dogs and can't leave them locked up in a room all day so I had to miss work just so I can be there when they arrive (they got there around 1pm) they did more talk than actual work... read more
Kyle did a fantastic job troubleshooting my water usage problem, zero’d in on the issue and offered a economical solution.
Had water backed up in my basement this morning. KB Complete was able to send someone out today. Rob, a specialist, checked it out and explained what needed to be done. He had it fixed in no time. I cannot recommend KB Complete more highly. Having used their services for decades, I know that their people will be knowledgeable and efficient and will patiently answer my questions.
