I came to KB Beauty Studio for my very first lash extension appointment, and unfortunately, my experience was not what I expected. I told the lash tech that it was my first time getting lashes and that I didn’t really know much about lengths or styles. I made it clear that I wanted something small, dainty, and natural-looking. Instead of walking me through the options or showing me examples, she simply said “let’s do hybrids” without explaining what that meant or mentioning other styles like classic lashes.
