Sorry for my english...super nice person but the owner is always late for appointments, never returns my calls or text messages. I always have to contact her again and again. My ombre brows just don't match. I don't know how to explain but they should look the same.

I’ve been getting my volume and hybrid lash services done by Karent for a few months now and my experience has been nothing short of phenomenal!
