Great place. Good fish. If you like rolls then this is the place
Loved the toro, yellowtail & sea bream. Salmon sashimi also really good.
Long wait but worth it. It’s expensive though...
They don’t have booking. I tried 4 kinds of hand rolls, and they were very tasty. It’s worth to stand in a line to try them.

From the sugarfish team so it’s a hospitality included situation which is good because it’s a quick serve type place. FYI Hand rolls are only available at counter but you can get cut rolls to go
Low grade, smashed fish smeared on some sticky rice. Then sloppily folded in some nori and thrown at you. No other ingredients.
I may be spoiled but the chefs here are lazy. I had to re-wrap every hand roll, including the 1st which came with half the seaweed paper broken. The fish was ok, and nothing to rave about. 0 stars
Walked in not knowing what to expect and left a happy camper. Great concept esp if solo and quality was A+
