Kazoo Chimney stood me up twice! Had a confirmed appointment on Oct. 22. Took a half day from work for this appointment, and they no showed. I called twice near the end of our appointment window. The receptionist at their answering service said she messaged the workers to call me back with their status. They didn't. Since I couldn't get ahold of them on the phone, I emailed to find out what was going on. The next day an employee texted an apology, and we rescheduled. They gave me a huge window of time when they would show between 8:30am and 1:00pm so I took a day off work. 1:30pm and no show or call so I called them and talked with receptionist. The service guy called me back within a half hour to tell me he wasn’t coming due to rain. It had rained earlier but wasn’t raining at the time. Very disappointing customer service.
The technician (Armondo) we had for our chimney inspection was professional, knowledgable and honest. We'll defiantly be calling them again when it's time for a cleaning.
