If you are a landlord looking for a property manager, look elsewhere. We hired Kareem and Kazo to manage our rental property, and we were quite disappointed. While Kareem is a nice enough guy, we felt that Kareem had the tenant's interests in mind and that he was not organized enough to be managing properties.
