This is a long review. If nothing else, you might want to read last paragraph. EGREGIOUS customer service, UNETHICAL business practices. I've ordered from Kazio 3 times and twice I've been very satisfied with the products I've received and the promptness of delivery, however with the last purchase I needed a refund/exchange. I order one item and received a completely different item. I have called and emailed Kazio but am getting crickets! Good place to order from unless you need an exchange or refund, then you're completely ignored.
