Dr Kazis nurses are the worst of the worst never return phone calls and want to put the blame on others. Appointment on Thursday and never called prescriptions in on Thursday or Friday and I have been out of my pain medicine since the 30th and it’s now the 15th and I have a pain level of a constant 6 in my low back. The answering service even says how this woman never returns phone calls. My dog would make a better Dr.
Should have 0 Stars. Literally not one person in this entire office knows what they’re doing for starters. They keep blaming everything on “this new system” that they got. I’d like to know how a healthcare facility doesn’t train their staff on a new system. They never call meds in on time, or call in things that the doctor never even talked to you about. I was recently given a referral to see Dr. Kazi through veterans affairs. I was a little nervous seeing him based off of reviews I seen online. After seeing him all my worries were put at ease, Dr. Kazi and his team are very professional and empathetic. Talked me through the whole process of treating my back.
