I have a large national company texting me on my paid Google Voice number, 44 times since I texted back STOP in November. I live in Texas, which has a "mini TCPA" law that doesn't exclude VOIP numbers, and allows my case to include attorney's fees. I filled out a form on Kazerouni's website on March 13th. I was recently represented by Kazerouni Law Group, APC in a fraudulent collection reported against me. The collection was reported to all 3 major agencies and my credit score plunged from the low 800's to mid 600's. They assisted me in collecting the relevant documentation and sent dispute packages to the 3 major agencies. Within a few weeks I received notice from all 3 credit reporting agencies that the collection had been removed. My credit score is now back in the low 800's. Absolutely confirming the other 1-star review. This office is super rude, arrogant, messy, unskilled and unprofessional. I had to provide the same information to them over and over. I was a victim of clear TCPA violation and provided all sorts of evidences and I had a lawyer calling me and saying things like: "I'm not in the business of people not agreeing with me" and other of non-sense, unprofessional stuff as I was trying to convey a point about the violation sexplain my case and what's happening They claim to be TCPA law... read more
