I had a very disappointing experience.After initially engaging with this accountant, Roxana, I was left waiting for months without ANY updates, follow-up or communication. Despite repeated patience, I received no updates or care. This level of unresponsiveness is unprofessional and unacceptable. I’ve since moved on to find someone more reliable.
I wish I could give 0 stars. We had an extremely disappointing experience with this office, especially with Roxann. She started working on our taxes and assured us that she would file an extension. We later discovered that she never filed it, which caused serious issues for us. To make matters worse, after that initial interaction, she completely disappeared. Good accountant and friendly tax services. The reason for my rating is that the cost was 3x the cost I've ever paid any other accountant for tax preparation services. When I first inquired about their services, I was told it was based on complexity. I assumed the cost would be in the ballpark of others. It was not. Cost was ~1K and I don't own a business, nor any LLC's. Again, he seems good at what he does, but for a W-2 filer any potential tax saving gained are probably negated by his cost.
