I was in a very typical car accident where if I had had a camera it would have shown the other car cut me off and slammed on their brakes but I was charged with reckless. Clean driving record and not one accident in 30 years of driving. Went to my first hearing expecting to pay a fine and the commonwealth recommended jail..Scott came in the next court appearance and got it reduced to improper driving, no admission of guilt and a small fine.
