I’ve been a patient of Dr. Kaz for over 15 years. She initially saw me and diagnosed me with an eye disorder that no other ophthalmologist detected. She’s kind, attentive, and above all, a brilliant physician.

I have been seeing Kian Kaz for 4 years. The wait time is ridiculous, plan to stay at least 2 hours, they have a high turnover of employees, and they nickel and dime you. I pay my copays by check as the office tacks on over 3 percent of your bill to pay by using card. I requested copies of my last three visits only to learn they faxed 4 pages of information to my new doctor and charged me 23 dollars. There is NO patient education regarding your condition. Rude office staff. Dr. Kaz rushes in and out and never takes time to speak to the patients. She is very overbooked/

Dr Kaz is the only eye dr I would trust with my eye issues. She is 100 percent on top of any problem at all times. I’ve been with her for many years. I appreciate it when her staff introduces themselves by name to me. Wait times have improved from the past.

Dr. Kaz is the ONLY eye doctor I will see!! The staff is ALWALYS so polite. Dr. Kaz is amazing!! She listens to everything I say, never rushes me, and explains it all. She saved my sight!! You may wait sometimes BUT don't you want to see the best doctor for your eyes! You don't get a second pair. I have heard other patients complain about having to wear masks....really...our faces are like 6 inches from each other. I want the staff to wear a mask so....so will I. It is a safe practice. EXCEPTIONAL medical care! Dr. Kaz is the best eye surgeon in this area and truly cares about her patients. There are strict policies in place about masks during covid, as there SHOULD be- the doc and technicians are very close to your face during an eye exam. ALL patients are informed of the policies before arriving so there should not be any confusion or surprise. Wait can be long if she has an emergency patient- but Dr. Kaz will NOT rush your visit. I believe Dr. Kaz to be an exceptional doctor, but the office supervisors need to improve communication between their staff employees and patients. This is the third time I have been given incorrect information from the office staff having to do with office policies and billing. In the end, office supervisors offer no support or apologies to patients after being told conflicting information. It’s unfortunate because I read & hear about others who are of the same opinion.
