It's tucked away in the midst of a bevy of apartments. This place, is quiet, clean, with a well manicured surroundings. Rent is affordable for the average working person.

Kaywood Gardens was my first apartment (02/2022-06/2025). The price is really good, only went up $50 a year and it was still a lot less than other apartments will charge these days. The unit itself was average, don’t expect modern appliances or flooring. The multitude of windows makes up for no balconies. I liked it. The paint chips, but maintenance will repaint. Please nobody moves in to this place, the office staff are very rude and unprofessional, everything in the apartments is old. The AC unit belong to 1800 century. Don't move in please! Find somewhere else even if it is a little bit expensive. It is not worthy. I am 110% positive no human would like the condition these apartments are in.
