Disgusting place and rude people working here. Roaches. Haven’t had working laundry in almost a year. Mold EVERYWHERE. Car windows smashed. Tonya is the manager who has an attitude to match the fungus.
Front desk staff are extremely rude for no reason. Washer and dryers always break. Randomly don’t have running water. Bugs all the time! Horrible hearing/cooling units. It’s cheap for a reason. Also people’s cars keep getting broken into. Update: Tonya Taylor is the manger leaving all these fake sincere replies. She is truly a mean and nasty person. Won’t treat you like you’re a human being but just an object. You should hear how she treats the maintenance people too, not just the residents.
Run! Run a mile!!! I scheduled a visit of your property on 08/14/2025 at 2 pm. We arrived at 1:55 pm and were met with an extremely hostile and pugnacious member of the leasing team who quite literally barked instructions at us. My mother forgot her ID in the car, and stepped out for quite literally 2 minutes to collect it. When she returned with it, we were told we would need to wait as your team conducts "multiple viewings" and someone had already arrived for a 2 pm viewing ahead of us.
