They were fast and, got me in quick. I sipped and, fell on ice. Dislocated my knee. They sent me home with a knee brace. I'm trying to stay off it until I go back to work. I highly recommend intermountain they were really quick on getting my insurance as well.
Big thanks to Intermountain Clinic in Kaysville!! Needed 5 stitches on my finger and they had me in and out in 30 min! Amazing and efficient staff!!
Sad when the Dr. doesn't want to talk to you anymore and says, sorry but I have other patients. I have never been treated like this and will not be treated like this again. Will not be returning.
I love my doctor!! Kimberly Greaves! But when your the second patient and you don't get back in the room for a long time specially when they say they are waiting to get a room clean. Mainly it's the waiting time. Love IHC CLINICS MOST OF THE TIME! Love my dr greaves she was at ROY clinic I followed her to Kaysville! ��❤️❤️❤️
I was taken to this instacare by my coworker when I started to have a very bad allergic reaction. By the time we got there I was in anaphylactic shock. The front receptionist, nurse and Doctor rushed to help me. Because of their quick response I was able to go home to my family within a few hours. While I was receiving treatment Kami my RN went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe. She even walked me to the car when it was time for me to go home. Thank You IHC Kaysville!
I got tired making an appointment with my Doctor at the "Other Clinic" and having to wait to be seen for an hour sometimes closer to two after my appointment. I heard good things about Doctor Ferrin so I thought I'd give it a shot. Not only was I received by courteous staff in the reception area, but I actually was taken back to the exam room on time. Both times here I've waited over 1 1/2 hours with only one other patient in the waiting room. You begin to wonder if there is really a doctor even here. Either that or there might be ten rooms with patients already in them ..... But then no one comes out! Insane!
Was told it would be a 30 to 40 minute wait when we arrived, we have been waiting for 2 hours and 30 minutes and still not been seen by Doctor. Very poor communication between doc and front desk. Front desk has "could careless attitude".
