Excellent customer service and quick with trouble shooting our E450 Jayco camper. 1,000 miles from home our check engine light came on. They squeezed us into their schedule and within a short time they called to confirm it was done and fixed. Jennifer was extremely nice and efficient. All fixed and still working normal. I do not understand the negative reviews and would say that they are likely exaggerated cases, but I believe that they would do whatever it takes to make it right.
Extremely incompetent! They do not know how to diagnose they like to just keep replacing parts and charging you instead of actually diagnosing the problem and replacing the part that is broken! Three years ago, these guys severely damaged a set of 24 inch wheels of mine and they tried to hide the damage by using a permanent marker in the end. They paid me for the wheels and admitted that the shop did the damage and tried to cover it up, so like an idiot, I ended up giving them another chance and I thought by treating them ni... read more
They are very polite about blowing you off. Meanwhile I have been waiting 7 months for my truck to be fixed. I drive by almost daily to not see my truck NOT being worked on. They are literally bankrupting my business.
