Very courteous and friendly staff. My car was finished in the time frame that I was told to expect. Kayser offers coupons which I really appreciate. The Technician Dave was very nice when he came to tell me my car was ready. I'm always pleased with the great service I get at Kayser. They also do a muti point inspection and actually do it ! I contacted Kayser Chrysler Center of Watertown late in the week, they, as always, were busy and made an appointment the following week on Monday. Upon initial diagnostics, they contacted me with the cause of the problem, provided a quote with a timeframe for parts availability, and the completion of the repairs. This vehicle was at two repair facilities prior to coming to Kayser. Kayser quickly diagnosed and subsequently repaired the issue that the other two shops had misdiagnosed and not repaired. We purchased a 2020 jeep cherokee trailhawk from kayser Chrysler center. Austin and all the staff that we worked with were amazing, very friendly and didn't pressure us into buying a vehicle that we didn't want. Took time to answer any questions we had about the vehicle.
